  • I'll ask you or your team to walk me through the journey your typical buyer goes through. How do you currently go about finding and reaching out to potential clients? And once you have leads, what is your process for converting them into new clients?

    Maybe you don't have a lot of lead gen or maybe you need more attention on retaining your clients. I'll be listening and looking to see what we need to be building for all these different purposes. 

    We will continually have conversations about a strategy that focuses on four pillars that guarantee your business will grow:

    5. Call to Action: propose what they need to do next to move along the sales journey. 

  • Based on the outline I provide, I'll write a first draft and identify any areas that may require further research or additional input from your team.

    I'll check in with you after the initial draft to ensure the copy is progressing in the desired direction. Once approved, I finalize the first draft and deliver it within the agreed upon timeframe.

    My pricing includes one round of revisions, and we request that your team provide their edits within the deadline we agree upon.

    After making any changes requested from you or your team, I'll complete the editing process and perform a final round of proofreading before submitting the final copy by the agreed-upon deadline.

  • When the copy comes back from the designer, I can work with your design team to take a look at it and give feedback. Together we can:

    I’ll comb through the document:

    -evaluating how the big idea is delivered;

    -making sure there are no major issues with how it is delivered;

    -making sure it is enjoyable to read, edit errors and smooth them out for effectiveness; and then,
